Shop Policies and FAQ

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our handmade items, all sales are final. If you submit an order, you have agreed to the purchase of the item, it’s listing description and it’s photos. Please read the listings carefully and view additional photos before making your purchase.

There will be absolutely no circumstance where an item that is labeled “Custom” or “Made-to-order” will be returned or exchanged.

In the very rare circumstance a return is granted, the item must be in the original condition that it was sent out in. Once received the decision will be made to either offer a refund or store credit. If you receive a credit it will be for value of the item (not including original, return or additional shipping costs). If a purchase is canceled before the item is sent out there will be a $50 restocking fee, canceling an order entails us having to relist the item and additional marketing to sell it again.

PROCESSING TIME

We will need approx. 3-5 business days after your item is completed to pack your order. After an item is purchased, it goes back to our workbench for a final polish and inspection before shipping. The 3-5 days allows us to polish and pack your order for shipment. After a large shop update, there may see a slight delay in processing time. Business Days are Monday through Friday excluding these national holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

PRODUCTION TIME

Ready to ship— Items are already completed and just need processing time before they are dropped in the mail to you.

Custom orders — Custom Order Timeframes: A minimum timeline for custom orders is 6-8 weeks. It is essential to understand that several factors can influence or extend the length of the process. These factors include the complexity of the design, availability of materials, production capacity, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are a two person team doing our best to keep up with demand and greatly value and appreciate your patience as we create a piece that is one of a kind and unique for you.

It is important to emphasize that we prioritize quality and craftsmanship in every custom order we undertake. Rushing the production process can compromise the overall quality and attention to detail we aim to provide.

By placing a custom order, you agree to these guidelines. Thank you for understanding.

Made-to-order — A general timeframe for our Made to Order shipments is 6-8 weeks. Items will be designated as made-to-order on the listing if they are made-to-order. Our made to order items include stamped rings, cuffs and some earrings. If you want to any significant changes than you need to convo about a custom order instead of made-to-order. Note: We will never rush an order just to meet a deadline as we feel the integrity of the piece could be compromised. With that being said, some orders may go beyond the designated production time frame. If this does happen, please understand that we are working as diligently and efficiently as possible to complete your order. Should you have any questions regarding your deadline, please message us.

SHIPPING

It is your responsibility for the value of your package to arrive safely in your hands with the shipping method you choose; whether that be the item you purchased, or the value of your item if it were lost. To make sure you are covered on both ends, I suggest adding the appropriate amount of insurance to your order when selecting a shipping option at checkout. USPS Priority mail automatically covers up to $100 dollars, if the value is greater please contact us for additional insurance or UPS/Fedex shipping options. If your package is lost, I cannot offer a replacement nor a refund. It is up to you to file a claim through Shipsurance in the event of a lost package. I know the first thing that comes to mind when a package goes missing is to write me and ask if I know what happened, but the answer to that is always no. Once the package leaves my hands, it’s literally out of my hands and I know nothing more than you do.

 FAQ's

Most precious metals and gemstones will need very little care to keep them looking fresh and new. Here are a few pointers:

  • We suggest having your piece inspected every 6 months for wear and gemstone security.
  • To keep your piece looking great, avoid wearing in the shower or the ocean and put your jewelry on last to avoid getting cosmetics or perfumes on them.
  • You can clean most gemstones in commercial jewelry cleaning solution, but don't submerge pearls, emeralds, opals or anything glued or inlaid.
  • We also do not suggest regular polishing as microscopic amounts of metal are removed each time. An occasional polish should suffice to remove any tarnish.
  • Many of our matte finishes can be restored with a very soft rub using a Scotch-Brite pad (please take care not to scuff softer gemstones.)

We take a lot of pride in our packaging and go to great lengths to create a beautiful experience when you receive your jewelry.
